We are looking for an individual with a dynamic and flexible personality with the ability to think on their feet and learn new tasks. Should have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate well both verbally and through email and technical writing. This individual also needs to be well versed in the use of Excel and be able to work independently to build tables, create graphs and formulas for modeling and reports, and appropriately use Pivot Tables to report findings. Position Summary: This representative would be responsible for providing assistance to independent dealers as well as tracking orders, creating various reports and charts for multiple programs and departments within the company. You would also be responsible for some dealer recruitment through online research, prospecting and cold-calls. Essential Functions: 1. Strong Excel skills to handle various data sets and reporting requests. Both ad-hoc and daily reporting requirements. 2. Able to adapt reporting to meet the informational needs of the department or individual needing the information. 3. Cold calling and lead follow-up for dealer recruitment. 4. Order Tracking and follow-up for Orders processed through the Fulfillment program. Working with the independent dealers to ensure the positive progression of the work orders through the system and resulting in accurate commission payments and invoicing. 5. Provide basic training to dealers concerning the different programs and system interfaces related to their respective programs. 6. Assist in performing other duties as required by the department. Supervision Received: 1. Supervised by the department head 2. Perform routine and semi-routine duties where some judgment is required when communicating with dealers, executive, and inter-company personnel. Some functions will be defined in and uniform in process, others will be developed as the individual programs advances. 3. Work independently on assigned projects and follow-up with dealers or other inter-company personnel as needed. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Any other reporting or performing other duties as required by the department. Minimum Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, general knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs 3. Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems
